You do the school dropoff. You take them to practice. You cheer them on at the recitals. The games. The competitions. You volunteer to coach, to chaperone, to bake. You help them with their science project, their book report, their math homework. Maybe you even help them clean their room and organize their stuff.
You do all of this for them. Of course you do. They’re your kids.
But when do you make time to do the things that you need to do? The things you want to tackle and clear out and fix up and organize?
Because those things start to weigh you down. They start to pile up. Whether it’s in your closet or in your garage—that box you’ve been meaning to go through, that room in your house that’s just become a dumping ground.
You don’t prioritize time for yourself and for these things. Maybe because you think it’s selfish. Maybe because you think you don’t have the time. Maybe because you’re constantly exhausted with how much you have to do.
But your kids need you at your best. Not the version of you that’s weighed down and distracted by everything mentally and physically. They need the refreshed, organized version of you. The one who is present, who is able to actually be there for them.
So if you want to get your house in order, if you want to get your life decluttered, if you want to get rid of what’s weighing you down, if you want to get to that thing you’ve been putting off, that thing you’ve been staring down every time you walk into the garage to take out the trash, well, now would be the time.
It’s time to reset, to realign, to reinvigorate.
And that’s what we’ve been doing in the Daily Stoic Spring Forward Challenge now for many years. We’re going to be starting on the first day of Spring, March 20th.

I’d love to have you join me and thousands of other Stoics—thousands of other parents—all over the world, trying to get some clarity, trying to refocus on what’s important, to get back in alignment, get back on track.
It’s one of my favorite things that we do.
It’s 10 days of Stoic-inspired challenges. It’s really short, it’s really sweet, but it’s great. And it’s designed to help you reset your life and refocus on what matters. Get rid of those doom boxes, those digital distractions, that commitment overload, that mental baggage.
That’s what we’re going to be doing in the Daily Stoic Spring Forward Challenge and I think it’s particularly great for parents. I’d love to see you in there.
Head over to dailystoic.com/springforward and sign up for the Daily Stoic 10-Day Spring Forward Challenge now! We’re going to be starting very, very soon. Don’t put it off.
